How do I add a new phone number to my Uphold account?
If you have access to your old number, you can add a new phone number to your account
To complete this process, from the Dashboard:
- Click on your username
- Select Settings
- Select Security
- Click “TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION”
- Click ADD PHONE
- Type new phone number
- Verify using 2FA on current phone followed by verification on new phone number
- Then “make primary” so the new phone is the one used for 2FA

A copy of a document (such as a utility bill) where we can validate the address linked to your Uphold account (PDF or picture).
