How do I change my email?
If you need to change the email associated to your account, please send a support request to email@example.com (from your "old email" address), including the following text:
Subject: Email update request
"I wish to change the email address presently linked to my Uphold account from 'Old email' to 'New email.'"
Once you are connected with our support team, you will be asked to verify your identity using the following information:
A photo of your government issued ID (passport, identity card or driver’s license). Please note that scanned documentation will not be accepted.
A "live selfie"
An email from your old email address stating you would like to change your email address - include your new email address in the body of the email
