You have your Security Key and you're logged in

You don’t have your Security Key and you're logged in

You don’t have your Security Key and you're logged out

If you don't have access to your Security Key and logging password, contact support.

Additional information:

- If you’re using Authy you can’t recover your Authy code generator. Using the “Recover by email” or “Set up in a new device” features will make you lose your previous 2-Step Verification method migrating to the updated one.

- After resetting your 2-Step Verification, there will be a 24-hour cooldown period where you can’t withdraw funds.
