A global chip shortage has resulted in industry-wide delays in issuing physical payment cards. Uphold too has been affected by this.
The good news is that they are expected soon, at which point you’ll be able to order yours in-app.
In the meantime, you can link your virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Pay to use in-store. Simply open your Apple Pay or Google Pay app and select “add a card”, copy over your Uphold Card details and you’re ready to go!
If you choose to order a physical card, it should be delivered within 7-10 business days.
