If the transaction does not have a Destination Tag, or the Destination Tag is incorrect, the funds will not reach your wallet.
You’ll need to contact our Support Team and supply evidence that you’re the owner of the funds.
Start by sending an email with a screenshot of the originating wallet with the transaction info and hash visible.
You may accidentally use someone else’s Destination Tag. This means that the funds will be deposited to the other person’s account and you’ll permanently lose access to them.
It’s therefore very important to double check the information before sending the funds.
