What is a repeat transaction?
You can set a transaction to repeat daily, weekly or monthly over a set period of time, or indefinitely.
Certain restrictions apply, depending on the source of funding, or asset selected.
How to set up a repeat transaction
1 - Go to "Transact" in the application.
2 - Select the source and destination for your trade.
3 - Tap on "Repeat Transaction."
4 - Choose the frequency of your transaction.
5 - Optionally, schedule the start date and end date for the repeated transaction.
6 - If desired, you can edit the transaction label to better identify it when managing your repeat transactions.
How to manage a repeat transaction
1 - Go to "Activity" in the application.
2 - Tap on "Repeat" to manage your repeat transactions.
3 - Tap on "Limit" to manage your limit orders.
How to edit a repeat transaction
1 - Go to "Activity" in the application.
2 - Tap on "Repeat" and then on Edit (...).
3 - Edit the transaction label or cancel.
Note: If you need to correct a mistake with the frequency, end date, or number of occurrences, delete the repeat transaction and create a new one with the updated information.
Why did my repeat transaction fail?
Most common causes for a repeat transaction to fail include:
- Not enough funds in the source account.
- You’ve hit your exchange limit for that day, week, or month.
- Market hours (depending on asset).
- Transaction value is under the applicable transaction fee.
