Forgotten password:
- Go to the Uphold login page and tap “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address and check your inbox for "Reset your password" (check Spam if you don’t see it)

Tap the link in the email to choose a new password:
- The link is only valid for 15 minutes.
- New requests cancel the old one. Use only the latest link.
- If 2FA is enabled, enter the code received via SMS or on your Authenticator app.
- After verification, your password will be reset and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Important: complete all steps on the same device and do not use a VPN. Using a VPN may cause errors or delays.
Update password:
- Depending on which device you’re using, follow the path below:
- Mobile - Tap the Account Center in the top-left corner
- Web - Click the More (...) icon on the left sidebar.
- Click Security > Change Password.
- Enter your current and new passwords, then confirm.
- If 2FA is enabled, enter the code received via SMS or on your Authenticator app.
- Click Done.
