Reset account password

To reset your Uphold password:

1. Go to the Uphold login page.
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your email address.
4. Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Reset your password" (check Spam if you don't see it).
5. Click the link in the email to choose a new password.

Important: complete all steps on the same device and do not use a VPN. Using a VPN may cause errors or delays.

To update your Uphold password:

1. Click (...) for more options.
2. Click Security > Change Password.
3. Enter your current and new passwords, then confirm.
4. Click Done.
