Transaction receipts – Uphold Help Center

Need an email confirmation for a recent transaction? Resend it easily!

Tap the Account Center icon on the top left corner of your screen.
Go to Activity.
Under Past Transactions, select the transaction you want an email confirmation for.
On the transaction details screen, tap the Forward email icon on the top right corner.
Click the button “Yes, send copy".

Note: You need to have email notifications enabled in your settings. If you need to enable it, go to Settings > Notifications and ensure that email is enabled under the Transactions and Balances section.

Important: You can only request a transaction receipt for a transaction that was successfully completed.
