US and UK users
Report it in the Uphold app:
- Open your Uphold app.

Swipe left to access your card.

Press the Settings icon (top-right corner).

Tap Report card as lost or stolen.

Go through the prompts and Cancel the card
You can activate a new virtual card right after.
US users only - Cards issued before Dec. 2021
Report it in the Uphold Card app:
- Open the Uphold Card app
- Tap the Card Settings icon in the right corner of your card
- Select “Report card lost or stolen”
- Confirm that you want to report your card as lost/stolen
- Your card is now locked. If your card is found, you can unlock it in the Uphold Card app or order a new card.
- You can also call 1-855-568-8580 and press 3.
