Find out the process for resetting your 2FA if you encounter any issues or change your authentication method.
Please select from the following:
- Go to Menu > Settings > Security.
- Tap Recover 2-factor authentication access, then tap Continue and select Recovery by email.
- You will get an email within the next 24 hours for you to confirm and continue the process.
- Tap Already have an account? Log in, enter your email and password and hit Next.
- Tap Having problems with the code? and select Recovery by email.
- You will get an email within the next 24 hours for you to confirm and continue the process.

You can always restore your 2-factor authentication on your preferred authenticator app using the Security key provided when you fist enabled it (self-service).
