If you believe that your account has been compromised, or hacked, please let us know immediately via any of the options listed below so we can take appropriate action.
How do I report a potentially hacked account?
If you have access to your account:
- Mobile: Go to Account Center (top left) > Security > Freeze account
- Web: From the left sidebar, go to More (…) > Security > Freeze account
If you don't have access to your account:
- Contacts us using one of the following methods:
- Fill out the web form.
- Send an email to fraudprevention@uphold.com from your registered email address with “My account has been compromised” in the subject line.
- We’ll restrict your account to prevent withdrawals until it’s fully secured.
