If you have access to your account
Web
In the left sidebar, go to More "..." -> Freeze my account
Mobile (starting v.4.89.0)
Go to Menu -> Settings -> Security -> Freeze my account.
If you don’t have access to your account
Either:
- Click here to email us from the email address associated with your Uphold account and we’ll restrict your account to prevent any withdrawals, until it's fully secured.
- Email us at fraudprevention@uphold.com, from the email address associated with your Uphold account, with “My account has been compromised” in the subject line and we’ll restrict your account to prevent any withdrawals, until it's fully secured.
