If you believe that your account has been compromised, or hacked, please let us know immediately via any of the options listed below so we can take appropriate action.
If you have access to your account
Either:
- Go to Settings -> Security -> Freeze my account.
- Open Chat and tap on “My account is compromised”
If you don’t have access to your account
Either:
- Click here to email us from the email address associated with your Uphold account and we’ll restrict your account to prevent any withdrawals, until it's fully secured.
- Email us at fraudprevention@uphold.com, from the email address associated with your Uphold account, with “My account has been compromised” in the subject line and we’ll restrict your account to prevent any withdrawals, until it's fully secured.
If you’ve lost access to the email address associated with your Uphold account
Either:
- Submit your request here and we’ll review your request within the hour, prior to restricting your account to prevent any withdrawals.
- Email us at fraudprevention@uphold.com, from the email address associated with your Uphold account, with “My account has been compromised” in the subject line and we’ll restrict your account to prevent any withdrawals, until it's fully secured.
