At Uphold, our primary goal is to create a secure and trustworthy platform for all our customers. One of the ways we achieve this is by occasionally requesting the origin of funds. This helps us verify the origin of your funds and the account you will be using for deposits, ensuring transparency and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
If we ever require the origin of funds from you, we will notify you within the app, guiding you through the process step by step. To make this verification smooth and secure, we use Sendsafely for uploading relevant documents.
