How can I check my Autopilot activity?
You can view your AutoPilot performance and trade history in two easy places:
- Strategy View: Open the Autopilot tile, select your active strategy, and tap Manage strategy > Activity to see detailed activity for that specific strategy. Tap any transaction to view its full details.
- Account Activity: Go to your main Uphold Activity tab to see a complete timeline of all transfers, trades, and rebalances across your entire account.
Why haven't I seen any trades occur in my strategy for a few days?
Autopilot strategies reevaluate market conditions and rebalance on a weekly schedule rather than executing daily trades. Spacing evaluations across weekly intervals avoids overtrading, cuts down on unnecessary transaction costs, and prevents reacting to short-term market noise.
Why was a specific trade or sell order executed in my strategy?
Every trade executed by Autopilot is driven strictly by automated, pre-set algorithmic decisions based on market data evaluated during the weekly run. Neither you nor Uphold manually selects individual trades.
Are there any extra fees to use Autopilot?
No. Autopilot has no setup or subscription fees. Trading fees still apply, learn more in our Terms & Conditions. The strategy is designed with built-in safeguards to limit unnecessary turnover and keep overall execution costs efficient.
Why is my Autopilot strategy paused?
Autopilot strategies may occasionally be paused due to operational or technical reasons, such as routine platform maintenance, system updates, or technical issues. Autopilot strategies are never paused in response to market volatility or broader market conditions.
Can I withdraw my funds if it is paused?
No. If a strategy is paused, you cannot withdraw your funds. You will need to wait until trading services resume.
