You can easily update your email address associated with your Uphold account in your Profile section, following these steps:
Mobile Wallet
- Tap
on the right bottom
- Tap Settings
- Tap Profile
- Tap
right after your email address
- Enter your new email address
- Input your 2-factor authentication code*
- Go to your inbox and verify your new email address
Web Wallet
- At the left, click
in the navigation bar
- Click Profile
- Click
right after your email address
- Enter your new email address
- Input your 2-factor authentication code*
- Go to your inbox and verify your new email address
*For security reasons, if you don’t have 2-factor authentication enabled, you’ll be prompted to do it. You won’t be able to withdraw or send funds for 24 hours after updating your email.
