How does the Elite Card subscription work?
The Elite Card comes with an annual subscription fee. Here’s how it works:
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each year. The fee is deducted from your selected card funding source.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime in the app by going to the Uphold Card Settings > Cancel Card.
-
After cancellation: Your Elite Card will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. The fee is non-refundable, and the card won’t be cancelled immediately.
Can I upgrade from Essential to Elite?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan anytime in the app under the Uphold Card Settings > Upgrade card. Your card number stays the same, but your expiry date and CVV will change.
After you upgrade, remember to update your payment details for any recurring subscriptions or linked services.
Note: Fees already paid for ordering a physical Essential Card are non-refundable.
Where can I check my reward details?
You can easily track your earnings, limits, and more in the Uphold app:
- Tap on your Card tile > Settings > Rewards
Here you'll find your next payout date and the total rewards you’re set to receive.
