How can I submit a new ticket?
- Uphold app - Go to the Help menu and tap My Tickets.
You’ll be automatically logged into our Help Center, so we’ll know who you are - ensuring a faster resolution.
- Help Center - You can also visit our Help Center and use the available webforms to submit your request directly to our team - even if you’re not logged in.
How can I track the status of my support ticket?
From the main menu, go to Help and then select My Tickets.
You can also track your ticket’s status by logging into the Help Center.
For convenience, you’ll receive push notifications and email updates whenever there’s an update to your ticket.
How quickly will Customer Service reply?
We commit to responding to your request within 24 hours, and we generally reply in less than 12 hours. When volumes are unexpectedly high, we may take more time to respond, but we make it our duty to answer every support request.
