To maintain platform performance, meet compliance requirements, and ensure a smooth user experience, minimum deposit limits apply to crypto network deposits, however there is no maximum limit. Any deposit below the value of USD 0.0095 (calculated at the moment the transaction occurs) will not be processed or credited to your account.
Processing times
Settlement times vary depending on the specific blockchain network and its confirmation process. Our processing time begins only after your deposit has been added to a block. Additionally, the time it takes for the network to confirm your transaction depends on external factors, such as network traffic and the miner fees attached by the sender.
